ABOUT THE PEOPLETICIAN OPPORTUNITY NETWORK
The Peopletician Opportunity Network (TPON) was founded on the belief that every person deserves access to opportunites that can improve their quality of life and strengthen their future.
Many communities face barriers to employment, education, mentorship, leadership development, and civic participation. TPON was created tp help bridge those gaps by connecting individuals and familiess with programs, resources, and opportunities that support long-term success.
Our organization focuses on youth development, workfore readiness, leadership,training, civic education, mentorship, community engagment, and economic empowerment.
We believe strong communities are built when residents are informed, connected, engaged, and equipted with the tools needed to succeed.
TPON is committed to serving Newark and surrounding communities while creating programs that inspire leadership, encourage civic responibillity, and promote economic opportunity for all.
